Well we’ve been posting a lot of photography and I thought it’s about time you saw some stationery I’ve worked on this summer!
One of my favourite things is when I can sit down with a couple (well in this case I met Paul at the wedding!!
) and we can start with the invitation design and go right through to the wedding details. When we do this we can create your own “wedding brand” so to speak. Creating a monogram, signature motif, using fantastic fonts, beautiful paper or adding embellishments make your invitations and wedding stationery unique and personal to you.
So we’ll start with the invitations!
LOVE the monochrome tone of this invitation set. Two crystals were adhered to the invitation to give it a bit more bling.

So now that the guests are invited we can move onto the wedding day!
Bringing the shine paper and the same font together with the graphic floral image ties everything together at the reception.

Yes we all know there are table numbers, but why not be CREATIVE?!! Amanda and Paul’s theme was Mint to Be and all of their table names were different kinds of mints. Such as Chocolate Mint, Breath Mints, Peppermints and Junior Mints. Brilliant!! Now for the names on the table… Amanda and I had a bunch of ideas but I give her the credit of finding the local caricature artist.

The decor was simply stunning and created by Lisa Gregory Events. The colours of the drapings and table covers matched the shine paper we used for the wedding details you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful room. My favourite were the centre pieces with the peacock feathers in them. FAB!

MMMMM how did I know Amanda and I would get along? When she said she was having a candy bar at her wedding! This was a huge hit with the guests and kept a sugar rush going and everyone dancing on the dance floor!

Custom wine labels for the bottles on each table.

The ceremony was outside at VanDusen Botanical Garden. I designed custom labels for water bottles. On the front had their Wedding Logo and names and on the back I had the Amount/Serving of a Happy Marriage.

So as you can see how you can carry the theme of your invitation through to your wedding details. Next you’ll see Robina and Don’s eco stationery!
